How to cook

  1. Cut a circle out of the pita bread (about 5 in / 12 cm)
  2. Brown 2-3 slices of bacon on both sides
  3. Place the hot bacon over the pita
  4. Cover it with a slice of soft cheese (on your choice)
  5. Crack the EGGS and gently add in a skillet
  6. Cook until the egg whites are completely set
  7. Place the eggs over the cheese and season with pepper and herbs (on your choice)
  8. Wait a minute and enjoy!
