  1. Marinate Fresh Chicken Livers with Mayonnaise and Black Pepper
  2. Heat the Pan on high flame about 4-5 min
  3. Pour the Olive Oil and Place the Chicken Livers
  4. Add a sprig of Rosemary and Garlic Clove
  5. Fry Livers 2min from each side
  6. Meanwhile slice the Onion and cut Tomato
  7. Remove livers from the pan
  8. Fry the sliced Onion about 2 min
  9. Fry the fresh dill about 2 min to make it crispy
  10. Mix Dijon Mustard, Olive Oil and Lemon Juice for dressing
  11. Drizzle Iceberg leaves and Tomato with dressing
  12. Put the Chicken Livers on the Iceberg
  13. Cover with fried Onion and Dill
