How to cook

  1. Stir the egg with milk - 50ml (1.7 fl. oz.)
  2. Add salt, pepper and thyme 
  3. Stir well
  4. Sprinkle with Grated Parmesan
  5. Pour the mix in a plate
  6. Place 2 thick (about 1 inch) slices of bread
  7. Leave them to soak 2 min from each side
  8. Heat the pan and pour the oil
  9. Place the bread and sprinkle with Parmesan
  10. Sear 2 min from each side
  11. Slice Cucumber, Lemon and Salmon
  12. Place the seared bread slice in a plate
  13. Garnish with Cucumber, Lemon and Greek yogurt
  14. Place Salmon on top
  15. Add a small pinch of Bacche Rosa and Parsley
  16. Enjoy your tasty French toast with Salmon!
