How to cook

  1. Place the quick cooking oats in a small, high-rimmed bowl
  2. Sprinkle on salt (on your taste)
  3. Pour boiling water over the oats and cover for 4-5 minutes
  4. Peel the grapefruit and separate the pulp
  5. Arrange the grapefruit pulp over the oatmeal
  6. Drizzle honey in a thin stream over the top
  7. Add peanuts over the top
  8. Season with a small bunch of mint leaves
  9. Enjoy your healthy breakfast!
