  1. Crack the EGGs in a high-rimmed bowl
  2. Add MILKY CREAM and mix well
  3. Season with PEPPER & SALT (on your taste)
  4. Put 1 TBSP of BUTTER in the heated skillet
  5. Pour the EGGS
  6. Push the eggs with a SPATULA from outside to center
  7. Add 1 TBSP of BUTTER and melt it
  8. Keep moving the eggs until they are the perfect doneness
  9. Put the scrambled eggs in a plate
  10. Sprinkle with PARMESAN
