How to cook

  1. Stir the egg with milk - 50ml (1.7 fl. oz.)
  2. Add sugar, salt, cinnamon and a drop of vanilla extract 
  3. Stir well
  4. Cut 4 thick (about 2 inch) slices of baguette (or any other stale bread)
  5. Pour the mix in a plate
  6. Arrange the bread slices and leave them to soak for 2 min
  7. Flip the slices and leave them to soak
  8. Heat the pan and melt butter
  9. Place the bread and sear 2 min from each side
  10. Spread a cooking dish with butter
  11. Cook in oven about 5-6 min 320˚F (160˚C)
  12. Garnish with Greek yogurt, blueberries and mint leaves
  13. Enjoy your tasty French toast!
