How to cook

  1. Pour the Milky Cream in a Pot
  2. Add Milk, Sugar and Vanilla extract
  3. Bring to boiling and take off the flame
  4. Separate two whites from the eggs
  5. Mix the Whisked whites with Cooled cream (room temperature)
  6. Pour the mix in a high-rimmed bowl
  7. Add the rum, mix well and Fill the second bowl
  8. Add the Espresso, mix well and fill the last bowl
  9. Pour water into the pan
  10. Cook 1 hour in the oven 320˚F (160˚C)
  11. Cool Panna Cotta to room temperature and Place in a FRIDGE for about 1 hour
  12. Place Panna Cotta on a plate and garnish as shown
  13. Enjoy your tasty Italian Traditional PANNA COTTA!

  • 2 Cups (450ml – about 15oz.) of Milky Cream
  • ½ Cup (120ml - about 4oz.) of Fresh whole Milk
  • 1/3 Cup (100g – 0.22lbs. of Sugar
  • ½ Tsp. of Vanilla extract
  • 2 Whites from the Big Eggs
  • A small cup (30ml – about 1oz.) of Italian Espresso
  • Rum (on your choice) - (30ml – about 1oz.)
