How to cook

  1. Cut the Plums in halves
  2. Slice the onions & Garlic
  3. Cut the chicken fillet in medium bite-size pieces
  4. Season with Salt & Pepper (on your taste)
  5. Pour the Oil in a heated Pot
  6. Place chicken fillet in a Pot
  7. Fry the chicken (2-3 min)
  8. Cover with sliced onions
  9. Cover with Plums
  10. Pour the Red Wine
  11. Add the Garlic & Thyme
  12. Cover the pot and Stew over low heat for 1-1.5 hours
  13. Cut the Pita Bread and place in a plate
  14. Place the stewed chicken and garnish with Parsley
  15. Enjoy your excellent Stewed Chicken!
