How to cook

  1. Prepare the Pears (Peel and Cut)
  2. Roll out the Puff Pastry Sheet, cut a circle
  3. Heat the Pan and melt the sugar and butter
  4. Caramelize sugar
  5. Arrange the Pears as shown in Video
  6. Cover with the dough
  7. Make a hole in the center of dough
  8. Cook in the Oven 350˚F (180˚C) during 20-25 min
  9. Turn the pan over, place the Cake on a dish
  10. Sprinkle with Cardamom & Black Pepper
  11. Garnish with Ice Cream (for serving)
