How to cook

  1. Cut the Chicken fillet
  2. Season with Pepper and Salt
  3. Pill and Slice Garlic
  4. Pour the Oil on a heated skillet
  5. Fry the Chicken fillet from both sides
  6. Add Garlic and Butter and Cumin
  7. Keep fry until Doneness
  8. Slice the Chicken & Garlic
  9. Mix Mayonnaise with Sweet Chili sauce
  10. Slice Iceberg Lettuce
  11. Slice Tomato
  12. Peel and Slice Cucumber
  13. Chop the Dill
  14. Spread the Sauce on Pita bread
  15. Put some Iceberg Lettuce
  16. Add Cucumber and Tomato
  17. Cover with fried Chicken & Dill
  18. Roll up the Shaurma as shown
  19. Place in a heated Pan and brown from sides
  20. Put Shaurma in a plate
  21. Spread with some sauce and garnish with herbs

  • Square Slice of the Pita bread (flatbread)
  • Fillet of the chicken thighs - 250g (1/2 lb.)
  • Iceberg Lettuce
  • One Tomato (medium size)
  • One Cucumber (medium size)
  • Garlic 1-2 cloves
  • Cumin (e.g. Zira) – 1 TSP
  • Mayonnaise – 2 TBSP
  • Sweet Chili Sauce – 2 TBSP
  • Vegetarian Oil (Olive Oil) – 3-4 TBSP
  • Butter – 1 TBSP
  • Salt & Pepper Mix (on your taste)
  • Bunch of fresh Dill (or other herb on your choice)
Cooking Time = 12-15 min
