How to cook

  1. Grate cheese on a coarse grater
  2. Pour in the Cream and Mix well
  3. Chop the Onions and Garlic
  4. Heat the Pan and pour in the Olive Oil
  5. Fry Onions and Garlic 4-5 MIN
  6. Add Canned Salmon
  7. Add Chopped Tomatoes
  8. Season with Spices (here Italian Herbs)
  9. Sear the Sauce 5-7 MIN
  10. Lubricate the baking dish with butter
  11. Arrange the Lasagna Sheets
  12. Cover with Salmon and Cheese Sauces
  13. Repeat it 2 Times
  14. Place the last layer of Lasagna
  15. Cover the last layer with Lasagna and Cheese Sauce
  16. Arrange some slices of Butter
  17. Season with grated Parmesan
  18. Cook in the Oven 25-30 MIN 350˚F (180˚C)
  19. Serve Lasagna with fresh herbs

  • Canned salmon– 2 Cans (12 oz. – about 340g.)
  • Milky Cream (15% Fat 32 oz. about 1L.)
  • ½ lbs. (250g) of Mozzarella
  • ½ lbs. (250g) of any Soft Cheese (on your choice)
  • 2 Onions
  • 3-4 cloves of Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. of Olive Oil
  • 3-4 Tbsp. of Butter
  • 3-4 Tbsp. of Grated Parmesan
  • Chopped Tomatoes – (10 oz. about 0.8L.)
  • Pepper and Salt (on your taste)
  • Fresh Herbs (here fresh basil leaves)
