How to cook

  1. Marinate Chicken Thighs with Paprika, Coriander, Turmeric, Salt and Pepper
  2. Slice Tomato, Onion and Garlic
  3. Cut the edges of Bread Slice
  4. Pour the Olive Oil in a Heated Pan
  5. Place the Chicken Thighs in the Pan
  6. Add Butter, Thyme and Garlic
  7. Sear Chicken Thighs 3-4 min from each side
  8. Take the Chicken off the Pan
  9. Sear Tomato and Onion 1-2 min
  10. Brown the Bread from both sides
  11. Smear the Bread with Tomato Sauce (watch the recipe here)
  12. Cover with fried Tomato and Onion
  13. Add some Fresh Basil Leaves
  14. Put the Chicken Thighs on top
  15. Garnish with fresh herbs (here the Dill and Parsley)
