How to cook

  1. Cut the Boston butt in medium bite-size pieces
  2. Cut the onions in half rings
  3. Put the meat in a bowl and add onions
  4. Add Black Pepper and Salt
  5. Add Strained Tomatoes
  6. Add Milky Cream
  7. Drizzle with Vinegar
  8. Pour the Sparkling water
  9. Mix all Ingredients
  10. Cover and leave for 2-3 hours
  11. String meat on skewers
  12. Grill the meat skewers for about 7-8 minutes, turning on all sides
  13. Between turnings spray with some water
  14. Check the doneness (internal temperature should read 160°F)
  15. Serve with tomato sauce
