How to cook

  1. Slice and chop Bacon
  2. Crack the Eggs in a bowl
  3. Add grated Parmesan cheese
  4. Add Cream (Fat - 15%)
  5. Mix all  ingredients
  6. Salt water (1TBSP per 1 L)
  7. Cook Spaghetti until “al dente”
  8. Pour Olive Oil in a skillet and add the Bacon
  9. Add smashed Garlic and cook until the bacon browned
  10. Add a pinch of Parsley
  11. Switch of the flame
  12. Drain Spaghetti
  13. Add Spaghetti in the Pan
  14. Add the eggs and mix all ingredients
  15. Put Spaghetti Carbonara in a plate
  16. Season with grated Parmesan and Black Pepper
  17. Garnish Carbonara with fresh Basil leaves

  • Grated Parmesan Cheese – ¼ lbs. (about 120g.)
  • Regular Bacon – ¼ lbs. (about 120g.)

  • Parsley – a small pinch
  • Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp.
