How to cook

  1. Chop Guanciale
  2. Grate Pecorino Romano Cheese
  3. Crack one Egg in a bowl
  4. Add the yolk from the second egg
  5. Add Pecorino and Mix ingredients well
  6. Pour Olive Oil in the cold skillet and add Guanciale
  7. Fry Guanciale 4-5 MIN on high flame
  8. Cook Spaghetti in salted water until “al dente”
  9. Switch of the flame
  10. Drain Spaghetti (leave some water)
  11. Add Spaghetti with some water in the Pan
  12. Mix Spaghetti with fried Guanciale
  13. Add the eggs and mix all ingredients
  14. Put Spaghetti Carbonara in a high-rimmed bowl
  15. Season with Pecorino and Black Pepper
  16. Garnish with fresh Basil leaves
