How to cook

  1. Slice the onions
  2. Cut the chicken fillet in cubes
  3. Season with Salt & Pepper (on your taste)
  4. Pour the Olive Oil in a heated pan
  5. Brown the chicken from all sides (2-3 min)
  6. Place chicken fillet in a heated pot
  7. Cover with sliced onions
  8. Pour the Green Apple Juice (Non-sugar)
  9. Cover the pot and Simmer over low heat for 1-1.5 hours
  10. Place the stewed chicken in a plate and garnish with herbs
  11. Enjoy your excellent Stewed Chicken!
