How to cook

  1. Place the quick cooking oats in a small, high-rimmed bowl
  2. Sprinkle on salt (on your taste)
  3. Pour boiling water over the oats and cover for 4-5 minutes
  4. Peel and grate the apple
  5. Arrange the grated apple over the oatmeal
  6. Pour on yogurt over the top
  7. Season with a small bunch of mint leaves
  8. Enjoy your healthy breakfast!
