TAGLIATELLE with SALMON, GORGONZOLA and CAVIAR

How to cook

  1. Chop a salmon fillet in small cubes
  2. Grate Gorgonzola and soft cheese
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium flame (about 4-5 min)
  4. Add butter and fry the salmon lightly on all sides (about 1-2 min)
  5. Pour cream in a skillet and heat
  6. Add Gorgonzola and soft cheese
  7. Stir all ingredients, until all the cheese melted
  8. Cook the Tagliatelle until “al dente” 
  9. Drain the pasta and place into a high-rimmed plate
  10. Add the salmon in sauce
  11. Sprinkle with Parmesan
  12. Put Red Caviar on the top
  13. Garnish the pasta with some basil leaves

  • 1/2 pound of Tagliatelle (dried 250g)
  • 1/2 pound of fresh salmon
  • 1/4 pound of Gorgonzola (Italian cheese)
  • 1/4 pound of soft cheese (on your choice)
  • 1/2 pound of cream (20% 250 ml)
  • 2-3 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP of Parmesan
  • 1 TBSP of Red Caviar
  • A small bunch of basil leaves
